Australia – born & raised
Hong Kong – I count this cause I went there before it was handed back over to China. I had to get a visa and I got really sick there, delaying my first trip into China

USA – lived there for 4 years.

Thailand – currently live there.

Singapore – lived there for 3 months.

Cool! I love traveling and experiencing the world first-hand. It opens up my eyes more than reading about that country or watching anything on tv.
I giggled at your “mom brain” previous post of all the continents you’ve visited. After our upcoming trip, we’ll have visited all the continents save Australia & Anarctica (which we’re REALLY bummed over cuz the cruises to Antarctica were all booked – we were TRYING to go there to see the icebergs & penguins. But Ushuaia is as close as we’ll get. Sigh)
That was very different countries to have seen.
I’ve always wanted to see Australia, we’ll see if I can some day.
Switzerland I will go to some day, maybe to ride the train tthrough their beautiful country.
Philippines – I was almost there (!) in the beginning of 2005, but the Tsunami and pneumonia stopped us. We planned to stay 2 weeks in Malaysias west coast first (hit by the tsunami) and then 2,5 months in Philippines (Mindoro and Boracay), but the pneumonia we both (!) got stopped our travelling completely for quite a while. Bummer. That would have been something!
Great list. 🙂 I’d love to visit Australia someday. I’ve been to the U.S. and Mexico, I’m currently living in Germany, and we’ll be in Switzerland in February.

Mexico is the only country I’ve been to outside the US and since I was only a couple of hours in and stayed only for an afternoon…would that even count? HA
