Well, my first Kindergarten Graduation was just splendid.
We arrived about 20 mins before the official start, and I was so bummed that we had to sit in the 3rd last row. No worries. I have no qualms about blocking everyone’s view to get pictures of MY child! (Note to self: when Master Four graduates, get there 40 mins early!)

We had so much fun. I think the school put on a great ceremony for the sake of the kids, to make them feel special and accomplished in their studies.
The Kindergarten class entered and circled the room to “Pomp and Circumstance”, and then sang a few of their favourite songs for us. They looked so sweet in their caps and gowns!! Especially when, one by one, each of them lost their caps as they did the actions to the song!!
I sat on the edge of my chair as they handed out the awards, and cheered loudly when Miss Six received her award for making the A Honor Roll and her medal for The 2000 Club. I was a little disappointed she didn’t make Student of the Year. (Uh-oh, I am that Mum! Yikes!)
At the end of the night, Miss Six asked her Daddy, in all sincerity, “Can I to go to college now, Daddy?” He answered, “I don’t think Mummy and Daddy are quite ready for that, Sweetie!”
And she’s still wondering when she gets to visit the The 2000 Club Clubhouse to play with her friends!!
